How quickly can you install or repair my TV antenna in Melbourne?

Do you offer same-day antenna repairs?

Yes. Most no-signal jobs are diagnosed and fixed inside a single visit. We carry common spares — baluns, masthead amplifiers, splitters and quality coax — on every van.

Why do I have pixelation, freezing or missing channels?

The most common causes are a corroded balun, water in the coax, a failed signal amplifier, an under-sized splitter, or simply a TV that needs retuning after a transmitter change. Our technicians test signal strength and quality at every wall point and fix the actual root cause — not just the symptom.

Are you ACMA-registered cablers?

Yes. All cabling work performed in Australia legally requires an ACMA-registered cabler. Master Antenna is registered and works to AS/CA S008 and AS/CA S009 cabling standards.

Do you service Gippsland and the Mornington Peninsula?

Yes. We regularly service Cranbourne, Pakenham, Frankston, the entire Mornington Peninsula, Warragul, Drouin, Traralgon, Sale and surrounding Gippsland suburbs. Travel within our service area is included in the quoted price.

Do I need a new antenna or can mine be repaired?

Often a repair is possible. We diagnose first, then recommend the lowest-cost fix that delivers reliable signal. If the antenna itself is structurally damaged or rusted through, we'll show you the damage and quote replacement transparently.

Can you mount my TV on the wall and hide the cables?

Yes. We supply and install brackets to suit any TV size, mount perfectly level, and conceal power and HDMI cables inside the wall cavity using compliant in-wall rated cabling. No exposed leads, no patch jobs.

What guarantee do you provide?

Every installation and repair is backed by a 25-year Australian-made warranty. If anything we installed fails due to workmanship, we return and fix it free of charge.
