    Terms of Service

    These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the https://masterantenna.com.au website ("Website") and the supply of services by Master Antenna (ABN ), trading as Master Antenna ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Website or engaging us to perform services, you agree to these Terms.

    1. Quotes and bookings

    Online and over-the-phone quotes are estimates only and are subject to confirmation on site once we have inspected the property and tested signal conditions. A binding fixed-price quote is provided in writing or verbally on site before any chargeable work begins. By accepting that on-site quote (verbally, in writing or by SMS), you authorise us to perform the work.

    2. Pricing, GST and payment

    All prices are in Australian Dollars and include GST unless stated otherwise. Payment is due on completion of the work unless we have agreed other terms in writing. We accept EFTPOS, Visa, Mastercard, bank transfer and cash. Late payments may incur a recovery fee and interest at the rate prescribed under the Penalty Interest Rates Act 1983 (Vic).

    3. Cancellations and rescheduling

    You may reschedule or cancel a booking free of charge with at least 4 hours' notice before the booked arrival window. Cancellations made with less notice, or where our technician has already arrived on site, may incur a reasonable call-out fee, which we will confirm in writing before charging.

    4. Site access and conditions

    You must provide safe, reasonable access to the work area. Our technicians will not perform work where doing so would breach work health and safety obligations (for example, accessing a roof in unsafe weather, working at heights without adequate fall protection, or accessing damaged structures). If a job cannot proceed for safety reasons, a call-out fee may apply.

    5. ACMA-registered cabling

    All cabling work performed in Australia is carried out by ACMA-registered cablers in accordance with AS/CA S008 and AS/CA S009 cabling standards. Cabling certificates are provided on request.

    6. Workmanship guarantee

    We provide a 25-year Australian-made warranty on workmanship on installation and repair work performed by Master Antenna. If installed equipment fails due to our workmanship, we will return and rectify the issue free of charge. The guarantee does not cover:

    • Damage caused by storms, lightning, vermin, third-party tampering or building works performed by others;
    • Failure of equipment supplied by you or a third party (manufacturer warranty applies);
    • Changes in broadcast services, tower outages or signal conditions outside our control;
    • Misuse, accidents or unauthorised modifications.

    7. Manufacturer warranties on supplied equipment

    Equipment we supply is covered by the manufacturer's warranty (typically 12 months). We will assist with valid warranty claims at no labour charge during the manufacturer's warranty period.

    8. Australian Consumer Law

    Our services come with consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have services repaired or resupplied if the services fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

    9. Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with the supply of services is limited, at our option, to the resupply of the services or the cost of having the services resupplied. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss including loss of reception, loss of use, loss of profits or loss of data.

    10. Use of the Website

    You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes. You must not interfere with the operation of the Website, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it, or use it to transmit harmful code or unsolicited communications. All content on the Website is owned by or licensed to Master Antenna and may not be copied or republished without our written permission.

    11. Privacy

    We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

    12. Governing law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
