Master Antenna (ABN ), trading as Master Antenna ("we", "us", "our"), is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, hold, use and disclose your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
1. The personal information we collect
We collect personal information that is reasonably necessary to provide our antenna installation, repair and tuning services. This typically includes:
- Your name, phone number, email address and service address;
- Details about the job (e.g. property type, equipment, photographs taken on site);
- Payment information processed by our payment provider (we do not store full card numbers);
- Records of your interactions with us, including phone calls, SMS, emails and form submissions;
- Website usage data such as IP address, device type and pages viewed (via cookies and analytics — see section 7).
2. How we collect it
We collect personal information directly from you when you submit our online quote form, call or SMS us, email us, or speak with a technician on site. We may also receive personal information from third parties such as Google (via Google Ads / Local Service Ads referrals), online review platforms, or referrals from other tradespeople.
3. Why we collect, hold, use and disclose it
We use your personal information to:
- Quote, schedule and perform the services you have requested;
- Communicate with you about bookings, follow-ups and warranty claims;
- Issue invoices and process payment;
- Comply with our legal obligations including ACMA cabling compliance recordkeeping;
- Improve our services, website and marketing (in aggregate, de-identified form where possible);
- Request a review or feedback after the job is complete.
4. To whom we disclose it
We may disclose your personal information to:
- Our employees, technicians and subcontractors who need it to perform the services;
- Service providers who help us operate our business (e.g. cloud hosting, email delivery, accounting, scheduling, CRM and analytics providers);
- Government bodies, regulators or law enforcement where required or authorised by law;
- Professional advisers such as our lawyers or accountants where reasonably necessary.
We do not sell your personal information.
5. Overseas disclosure
Some of our service providers (including cloud hosting, email and analytics) may store or process personal information outside Australia, including in the United States and the European Union. Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure those providers handle your personal information in a manner consistent with the APPs.
6. Direct marketing
We may use your contact details to send you information about our services, special offers or seasonal reminders. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time by replying STOP to any SMS, clicking "unsubscribe" in any marketing email, or contacting us at info@masterantenna.com.au.
7. Cookies and analytics
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies (including Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads conversion tracking) to understand how visitors use the site and to measure the effectiveness of our advertising. You can disable cookies through your browser settings, but some parts of the site may not function correctly as a result.
8. How we hold and protect your information
We hold personal information in secure cloud-based systems with access controls, encrypted transport (HTTPS/TLS) and audit logging. We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.
9. Accessing and correcting your information
You may request access to, or correction of, the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing info@masterantenna.com.au. We will respond within a reasonable time and will not charge a fee for reasonable requests.
10. Data retention
We retain personal information only for as long as it is needed for the purposes described above or as required by law (for example, tax records must be retained for at least seven years). When no longer needed, personal information is securely destroyed or de-identified.
11. Complaints
If you believe we have breached the Australian Privacy Principles or mishandled your personal information, please contact us first at info@masterantenna.com.au. We will acknowledge your complaint within 7 days and aim to resolve it within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at www.oaic.gov.au or by phoning 1300 363 992.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version will always be available on our website with the "last updated" date at the top.
